Click the Request Setup link to customize each request queue to match your organization’s business practices. You can determine which request options are available to your employees.
After setting up the requests queues, go to the Feature Availability page to activate each queue. A queue is not available to the employees in the LINQ Employee Portal Employee Interface until the queue is activated.
The following table describes each request queue available in LINQ EP.

Benefits |
An employee may use the Benefit Request Queue to submit a request to end participation in a benefit plan; enroll in a new benefit plan; or change the premium for a benefit plan. A benefit is a program with a related payroll deduction, such as a charitable donation or loan payment, that is usually optional. |

Deductions |
An employee may use the Deduction Request Queue to submit a request to discontinue a plan; enter a new plan; and change the deduction amount for a plan. A deduction is a formal plan offered by your organization that may or may not have a related payroll deduction. Examples of deductions include health insurance plans, dental plans, vision plans, and life insurance. Employees may or may not be required to enroll in one or more of these deductions. |

Demographics |
An employee may use the Demographic Request Queue to submit a request to change the following information in the employee's electronic personnel record:

Direct Deposits |
An employee may use the Direct Deposit Request Queue to submit a request to create a new direct deposit request; change the current direct deposit amount or allocation; and enter a new account for the direct deposit. The employee can request that a direct deposit be made to any bank that currently exists in the Alio Bank Master table. If a bank record does not exist in the table, the employee may submit a request to add a bank to the Alio Bank Master table. |

Leaves |
An employee may use the Leaves Request Queue to submit a request for time away from the employee's job, such as personal time, professional leave, and vacation time. An employee may request only leave based on the types of leave assigned to the employee in the Alio HRS Payroll System. There are two types of leave: earn/usage leave and tracking leave. Earn/usage leave is leave that and employee earns and uses on a regular basis, for example, personal, vacation, and illness. Tracking leave is leave that is tracked for record keeping purposes but not earned, for example, bereavement and jury duty. |

An employee may use the Taxes Request Queue to submit a request to change the following federal and state details:

Time Entry |
An employee may use the Time Entry Request Queue to submit weekly time entry requests for approval. The time entry request may include reimbursements and documentation attachments. |
