Use the Templates tab to view contract templates built for your organization. Use this tab to select a contract template to be changed or delete a contract template no longer used. Use the Add function to create a contract template.

The Templates grid displays the contract templates available to the user. The following table defines each column included in the grid.

Contract Name |
This column shows the name of each contract template. |
Code |
This column shows the code used to identify each contract template. |
Contract Description |
This column shows a description of each contract template. |
Active |
A Y displays if the contract template has an Active status. An N displays if the contract template has an Inactive status. |

Delete |
This
column displays the Delete icon |
Follow these steps to delete a contract template.

Best Practice: Deleting a contract template is permanent. LINQ recommends inactivating a contract template instead of deleting it. An inactive contract template can be activated and reused at a later time. |
Optionally, click
the Filter icon
to display the filter criteria boxes. Use the Filter
boxes to search for the template to be deleted.
In the Template
grid, click the Delete
icon that corresponds
to the template to be deleted. The template is removed from the Templates grid.
