Contract templates are comprised of standard and custom tags and static text formatted to meet your requirements. Use standard and user tags to create contract templates that contain the same data, e.g., logo, employee name and address, salary and benefits, legal statements, signatures, and signature lines. You may create one active contract template for each contract code defined in Alio.
A contract template has three sections:
Header – this section usually contains the organization's logo, name and address, date, and so on.
Body — this section usually contains the employee's name and address, contract details, legal statements, and other pertinent information.
Footer — this section contains data that will display on all pages of the contract.
Use the Page Formats on the General tab to set the page, header, and footer margins. Use the Rich Text Editor on the Header, Body, and Footer tabs to apply font and paragraph formats to the contract header, body, and footer tags and text.
In the Alio Human Resource module, use the Contract Codes program – HMCTC01A.FMX to define the contract codes to be assigned to contract templates in LINQ EP.
The Add/Edit Template page has four tabs that correspond to the four steps required to build your contract templates.
