Use the Request Changes link on the Home page to:
View a history of your demographic requests submitted to the HR department, including pending, approved, rejected, and cancelled requests
Submit the following types of demographic requests to the HR department:
General Demographic to submit changes to your personal information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, personal and business e-mail addresses, and so on
Dependent to submit a request to add a dependent or change an existing dependent's information
Emergency Contact to submit a request to add an emergency contact or change an existing emergency contact's information
Your LINQ EP administrator determines the demographic request options are available to you, based on your organization's business practices. If you are not authorized to submit demographic requests, the Request Changes link does not display on the Home page.
You can filter the Request History grid by request type and status.
The following links display at the top of the Demographic Request Queue.

Click a Request Date link in the Request History grid to display the corresponding request details. |
The grid associated with each view displays the following information.
Column Heading |

Request Date |
This column displays the date the request was submitted. Click this date link to view the request details. |
Request Type |
This column displays the type of request: General Demographic, Dependent, or Emergency Contact. |
Status |
This column displays the current status of each request. Possible statuses are Pending, Approved, Rejected, Canceled, and Approved – Finalized. |
Next Approver |
This column displays the names of the next approver in the approval chain responsible for approving or denying the request. |
You can filter the Request History grid by demographic request type, status, and/or filter criteria box. All filter criteria is retained until you manually remove or change the filter criteria, close the grid filter, or log out of LINQ EP. The filter values are also removed if your LINQ EP session is timed out.
Click the Status
Drop Down List button to select the status of the demographic requests to
be displayed in the grid. The grid is refreshed to show only the requests
that match the selected status.
Select All to list requests with all statuses.
Click the Request
Type Drop Down List
button to select the type of demographic request
to be displayed in the grid. The grid is refreshed to show only the
requests that match the selected request type.
Select All to list all request types in the grid.
Use both filter options to list a specific request type with the same status.
Follow these steps to filter the Demographic Request History grid using the data displayed in the grid columns. Applying multiple filter criteria limits the number of requests displayed.
If necessary, click the
Filter button
to display the filter criteria boxes that correspond to each heading
in the grid.
Type the filter criteria in each applicable box; use the % sign as a wildcard character. You can type the percent sign in the following positions: X%, %X, and %X%.
Press the Enter key to filter the grid.
