An employee's information will display on the Business tab only if the employee's primary pay flag in Alio matches the primary pay flag defined by your LINQ EP administration in the Payroll Preferences.

Your LINQ EP administrator determines if the comments about the Emergency Contact display on the Emergency Contacts tab.
