You can use the Home page to:
Click your Name link in the upper right corner to view your LINQ EP and Alio User information. An Account link provides access to your User Account so you can change you Personnel Directory Settings, payroll Calendar Start Month, Password, and/or Security Question. You can also change the Alio Role displayed if assigned multiple roles in Alio.
In addition, if your LINQ EP user role is System Administration, you may have access these options:

View My Current Information box, which includes the following tabs:
Click the Business tab button to view your name with your Alio identification number in parenthesis, business contact information, including the location assigned to your primary job record, your original hire date and most recent hire date (if applicable), job, office phone number and extension, and work e-mail address. This is the default view when the Employee Home page initially displays.
An employee's information will display on the Business tab only if the employee's primary pay flag in Alio matches the primary pay flag defined by your LINQ EP administration in the Payroll Preferences. |
Click the Personal tab to view your personal contact information as entered in Alio. This information may include your name, address, home phone number, primary and secondary mobile phone numbers, and e-mail.
Use the Account option to customize the personal information displayed on the Personal tab. Refer to Personalizing Your Account Settings for more information. |
Click the Emergency Contacts tab to view your emergency contacts as entered in Alio. This information may include the emergency contact's name, phone number, relationship to you, address, and comments.
Your LINQ EP administrator determines if the comments about the Emergency Contact display on the Emergency Contacts tab. |
Click the Dates tab to view the dates defined for your employee record in Alio. This information includes the date type description, e.g., Birth Date, Hire Date, etc., and the date assigned to each date type.

View the System Messages published by the LINQ EP administrator to the user community, such as the unavailability of LINQ EP due to routine maintenance.
Click a link in the Quick Links box to open the corresponding item. Quick Links provide a shortcut to frequently accessed Web sites, LINQ EP pages, and other items. Your LINQ EP administrator will provide access to these links, as allowed by the organization.
View a list of expiring certifications the
first time you log in each day, if your organization has implemented
the automated notification process for certificates that will expire
within a set number of days. Click the Notification icon
to view these notifications in the Notifications page.
