Click the Notifications icon
at the bottom of the page to display the Notifications
queue.
If applicable to your district, use the User Notifications page to view notifications sent automatically when triggered by an event such as expiring certificates. There are two types of notifications that may display based on your district's notification policy:
System Notifications — system notifications display the first time each day that the user logs in to LINQ EP. If allowed by your district, you have the option to turn off a system notification after it has displayed the first time; however, the notification still displays on the Viewed tab in the User Notifications page.
E-mail Notifications — LINQ EP sends e-mail notifications to users based on the district's notification policy. Y displays in the Emailed column on the Current tab and Viewed tab to identify the e-mail notifications.
The User Notifications page has two tabs:
Current tab — the Current tab lists the user notifications not viewed by the user.
Viewed tab — the Viewed tab lists the user notifications reviewed previously by the user. The notification process moves the notifications viewed by the user to the Viewed tab automatically when the user clicks the Viewed tab or closes/reopens the User Notifications page.
If allowed by the administrator, the user may select
reminders to be turned off. The button
displays at the top of the page.
Click the Current tab to view and, if allowed by the administrator, turn off notification reminders received by the user but not previously viewed.
