Create and publish employee contracts
Creating and maintaining employee contracts is an administrator function. Your user role must allow access to the Contracts link on the Administration Menu and the Contracts page.
Follow these steps to access the Contracts page.
Log in to LINQ EP as an administrator.
Click the Administration button to display the Administration menu options.
Click the Contracts button to display the Contracts page.
The Contracts page is divided into five tabs.

Templates |
Use this tab to add, modify, view, and delete the contract templates. |

Tags |
Use this tab to add, modify, view, and delete Job, Benefit, and User Defined table tags, User Defined Signature tags, and User Defined Value tags. |

Settings |
Use this tab to define the Contract Calendar Year range and to schedule automatic tasks: Contract Status, Employee Contract Reminder, Purge Signed Employee Contracts, Purge Unsigned Employee Contracts, and Archive Employee Contracts (if Alio Archive is implemented by your district). |

Use this tab to print contracts by contract status (signed, unsigned, or unpublished), contract name (e.g., Teacher Contract), contract year, and/or contract run number. |

Use this tab to view, publish, and delete employee contracts as well as clear employee signataries from contracts signed in error. |
