Maintaining the Scheduled Task - Administrators to Notify Grid

When the Add/Edit Scheduled Task page is accessed for a Contract Status or Purge Contracts task, use the Administrators to Notify tab > Scheduled Task - Administrators to Notify grid to add, change, and remove the administrators that will receive e-mail notifications generated when the Contract Status or Purge Contracts task is run.

Scheduled Task - Administrators to Notify Grid

The Scheduled Task - Administrators to Notify grid displays each administrator that will receive an e-mail notification when the Contract Status or Purge Contracts task runs. The administrators are sequenced by alphabetical order by Name.

The following table defines each column included in the grid.

Column Heading

Definition

Name

This column displays the name of the administrator in Last, First Middle Name (if available) format.

Email

This column displays the administrator's e-mail address.

Deleting an Administrator from the Administrators to Notify List

Follow these steps to delete an administrator from the Notifications grid.

  1. In the Scheduled Task - Administrators to Notify grid, click the Delete icon that corresponds to the administrator notification record to be deleted.

  2. Click the button to save the change.
