Use the Add/Edit Administrators to Notify page to assign administrators to a scheduled task that will receive e-mail notifications generated by that task. Administrators can receive e-mail notifications when these tasks run:
Employee Contract Status task – the e-mail notification will contain the Unsigned Contracts, Signed Contracts, and Archived Contracts PDF reports
Purge Signed Employee Contracts task – the e-mail notification will contain a list of the purged signed employee contracts
Purge Unsigned Employee Contracts task – the e-mail notification will contain a list of purged unsigned employee contracts
Employee Notifications task – the e-mail notification will contain the Employee Notifications PDF report
Follow these steps to add an administrator to the Notifications grid.
Click the Administrators to Notify tab.
In
the Scheduled
Task - Administrators to Notify grid, click the Add
button to
display the Add/Edit Administrators
To Notify page.
In the User
field, click the Drop-down
List button to
select an LINQ EP administrator user that will receive the scheduled task
e-mail notification. The administrator's name and e-mail address display
in the Administrator Name
and Administrator E-mail fields. These
fields are disabled when an LINQ EP user is selected from the User List
of Values.
Or
Type the Administrator Name
and Administrator E-mail
for a user that does not have an LINQ EP account but should receive the
e-mail notification.
Click the button. The administrator record
displays in the grid.
Repeat this step for each administrator that will receive the e-mail notification. When finished, close the Administrators to Notify tab.
Follow these steps to change an administrator displayed in the Notifications grid.
Click the Administrators to Notify tab.
In the Scheduled
Task - Administrators to Notify grid, click the Edit icon
that corresponds to the administrator to be changed. The Add/Edit
Administrators to Notify page appears.
In the User
field, click the Drop-Down List
button to select a different LINQ EP administrator
user that will receive a notification when the task is run. The administrator's
name and e-mail address display in the Administrator
Name and Administrator E-mail
fields. These fields are disabled when an LINQ EP user is selected
from the User List of Values.
Or
Type the Administrator Name
and Administrator E-mail field
values if the administrator that will receive the notification does
not have an LINQ EP account.
Click the button.
