The Additional Comments and Current Comments fields display only if the LINQ EP administrator grants permission to submit an emergency contact request that will change the comments currently stored in Alio. |

Additional Comments |
Enter comments about this emergency contact to be added to the employee's emergency contact record in Alio. The program determines the maximum number of characters based on the number of characters already entered in the emergency contact comments in Alio. If comments already exist (see the Current Comments field), you must start your comment with a semi-colon (;) or space. When the emergency contact request receives final approval, this punctuation mark is used as a separator between the added comment and the current comment when it is appended to the current comment in Alio. |
