Click the Employer Forms link to view and save forms published by your employer that were uploaded to LINQ EP. The documents are arranged by category and the sort order is set by the LINQ EP administrator.
You can open a document in the default application for that document (e.g., Word, PDF viewer, etc.); or launch a URL to open a Web page in a new window. After opening the document, you can save the document to your computer or print the document using the default application's print function.
To view an employer form:
Click the Employer Forms link in the Navigation Menu with the categories collapsed.
Click the Expand
button to expand a category; or click the Expand All link to expand all categories.
Click the Collapse
button to collapse a category; or click the Collapse
All link to collapse all categories.
Click the name of the item in the category to be viewed. If the item is a document, you are prompted to save or open the document.
If the item is a URL, the Web page opens in a new browser window.
Choose one of these options:
Click the Open with radio button to open the document. Optionally, click to select the application required to open the selected document. The application name will default to the application usually used to open the file type, based on the file extension (e.g., Microsoft Word is the default for a Word document (.doc, .docx, etc. extension).
Click the Save File radio button to save the document to your computer. You are prompted to enter the folder on your computer to which the file will be saved.
Click the
button.
If the document is opened in a new window, you can print the document using the application's print function. |
