Touring the User Listing Page

Use the User Listing page to create and maintain user roles, edit user accounts, lock and unlock user accounts, and activate/inactivate user accounts. You can access this page from the Admin Home page:

The LINQ Admin and System Administrator user accounts are automatically created when the LINQ EP software solution is installed. These user accounts are assigned to the System Administrator user role by default. The WSC Admin user account is available only to the LINQ support team and will not display in the User Listing grid.

Your LINQ EP administrator should create a separate Administrator user account that is assigned the LINQ EP Administrator role. The administrator user should use this account to maintain the LINQ EP system parameters, unlock locked user accounts, and perform other administrator duties. An administrator should use the default System Administrator user account only to assign the System Administrator role to another administrator user; and in case of an emergency, such as when the employee administrator user locks their account by exceeding the number of login attempts.
