Use the Events page to view a list of active, expired, or all events that pertain to your employee record. The employees' event records are maintained in Alio program HEEVE01A.FMX - Employee Events.

Expired Events |
Click the Expired Events link to list expired event records. An event is expired when the expiration date is prior or equal to today's date. |

Click the All Events link to list active and expired event records. |

Active Events |
Click the Active Events link to list current event records. An event is active when the expiration date is greater than today's date. |
The grid associated with each view displays the following information.

Category Description |
The Category Description column displays a description of the event category assigned to each event. Event categories are used to categorize events assigned to the employee. |
Category Code |
The Category Code column displays the category code that identifies the category assigned to each event. |
Event Code Description |
The Event Code Description column displays a description of the event. Events are assigned to employees in Alio program HEEVE01A.FMX - Employee Events. |
Event Code |
The Event Code column displays the code that identifies each event. |
Start Date |
The Start Date column displays the date each event started. |
End Date |
The End Date column displays the date each event will end or ended. An event is considered expired when the current date is greater than end date. |
Next Date |
The Next Date column displays the next date on which the event will start again, if applicable. |
Amount |
The Amount column displays the cost associated with an event, if applicable. |

The Value column displays a user-defined value assigned to an event, if applicable. For example:
