to display a filter box for each column. Use these filter boxes to search for specific dependent coverage plan records.

This column displays the date the plan coverage started for this dependent. |

End Date |
This column displays the date the plan coverage ended for this dependent. |

Benefit Type |
This column displays the type of benefit available to the dependent, e.g., health, dental, vision, etc. |
