Use the Logos tab to upload the logo files you want to use on LINQ Employee Portal pages and reports. You can select up to four separate logo files:
A Login Logo that will display on the Sign In to LINQ Employee Portal page. You can upload the follow file types: .png, .jpg, and .gif. The height of the logo should not exceed 100 pixels.
A Title Logo that will display in the Title Area of the LINQ Employee Portal pages. You can upload the follow file types: .png, .jpg, and .gif. The height of the logo should not exceed 65 pixels.
A Printed Logo that will display in the Title Area of the LINQ Employee Portal reports. You can upload the follow file types: .png, .jpg, .gif, and .bmp.
A Secured Site Logo that will display in the Footer area of the LINQ Employee Portal pages. You can upload the follow file types: .png, .jpg, .gif, and .bmp. The height of the logo should not exceed 22 pixels.
After the logo image is saved, a thumbnail of the image displays.
You can upload only the following file types: .png, .jpg, and .gif.

Tips: When using Internet Explorer (IE), the user must clear the cache in order to view the new logos on the applicable pages. Links to the other System Setting options display at the top of the page. Click here to display a table describing each link. |
Follow these steps to display a logo on the Employe Service Portal pages. These steps apply to all three areas where logos may display.
Click the Preferences link on the Admin Home page to display the System Settings page.
On the System Settings page, click the Logos tab.
In the Select File field, click the Browse button to open the folder where the logo image is stored.
Click to select the logo file name, and then click the Open button to display the file path in the Select File field.
Click the
button to use the Site Secured By
Logo file (sec_site_logo_00000000.png).
Click the
button. A thumbnail of the logo image displays to the right of the
Select File field.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each page area where a logo will display.
