In the Past Requests grid, click a Request Date link to display that request's details and its position in the approval process. You can review details about the time entry request, including override details.
The Approval Process grid lists the requests the approver and status assigned to each step in the approval hierarchy.

Date Processed |
This column displays the date the request was approved or rejected. |
Approver |
This column displays the name of the person that approved or rejected the request. |
Status |
This column displays the current status of the request. Possible status codes are Pending, Approved, Approved-Finalized or Rejected. |
Comments |
This column displays comments associated with each approval record. |
