After the Table Tag is defined, you can:
Change the Table Tag Name and Description
Change the Table Tag attributes
Add or remove the headers, header background color, and odd row background color
Add or change the Column Tags
Reorganize the Column Headers
Inactivate a Table Tag
Delete a Table Tag that is not assigned to any contract templates
Follow these steps to change the attributes of a table tag, such as the Tag Name, Tag Description, and Table Tag format options.
On the Contracts page, click the Tags tab.
Optionally, click
the Filter icon
to display the filter criteria boxes. Use the Filter
boxes to search for the tag to be changed.
In the Tags
grid, click the Edit icon
that corresponds to the
table tag to be changed. The Add/Edit
Tag page appears with the General tab selected.
If applicable, change to the Tag Name and/or Tag Description.
Click the button to save the change. The Contracts page appears.
Follow these steps to modify the Table Tag form, add and/or change Column Tags, and to reorganize the Column Headers.
Optionally, click
the Filter icon
to display the filter criteria boxes. Use the Filter
boxes to search for the tag to be changed.
In the Tags
grid, click the Edit icon
that corresponds to the
table to be changed. The Add/Edit
Tag page appears with the General tab selected.
Click the Table Tag tab displayed, i.e., Benefit Table, Job Table, or User Defined Table.
Make the required changes:
If applicable, use the Include Table Headers, Include Table Border, Include Header Background Color, and Include Odd Row Background Color check boxes to change the Table Tag formats.
In the Table
Tag grid, click the Edit
icon that corresponds
to the Column Tag to be changed.
Use the Add/Edit Table Tag Column
page to change the Table tag
attributes.
Click the button to save the change.
In the Table
Tag grid, click the icon to add a Column
Header tag. Click the appropriate link for more information about
adding Column Header tags.
Click the Move
Selected Row Up icon to move
the Column Header up one or
more rows in the grid. Click the Move
Selected Row Down icon
to move the Column Header
down one or more rows.
Click the Delete
icon to remove a Column
Header tag.
When finished, click
the button
to save the change.
Follow these steps to inactivate a table tag to exclude that table tag from the contracts to which it is attached. The warning message "The [Tag] tag for the [Tag Name] tag has been inactivated, however, the following active contract templates are using the [Tag] tag for [Tag Name] tag: [Contract Templates]" will display if the inactivated table tag is used in one or more contract templates.
LINQ recommends removing the inactive table tag from the applicable contract templates. If not removed, an unmerged tag will display in its place.
Optionally, click

boxes to search for the tag to be inactivated.
In the Tags
grid, click the Edit icon
that corresponds to the
table tag to be inactivated. The Add/Edit
Tag page appears with the General tab selected.
Click yo clear the Active check box.
Click the button to save the change.
