Before creating your contract templates, use the Add/Edit Tab page to create and edit the tags that identify the information to include in the contract. This process is different depending on the type of tag to be maintained.
Benefit Table, Job Table, and User Defined Table — use these tag types to create a table with columns that contains the required contract data.
User Defined Signature — use this tag type to enter the name of a person whose signature will display on all employee contracts, such as a school board president or superintendent. A standard signature font and font size are applied to this name when it displays on the contract.
User Defined Value – use this tag type to define standard text that appears on multiple contracts.
Use the Edit function to:
Change a tag name or the data it represents. When a Tag name is changed, it is updated automatically in all contracts that contain that tag.
Inactivate a tag to prevent the data represented by that tag from displaying on the contract. The tag will display on the contract in place of the value it represents if it is not removed from the contracts that incorporate that tag.
Delete a tag that is not attached to a contract
