Displaying/Hiding Account Inquiry Tabs

Use the Account Inquiry > Tabs tab to:

The Account Inquiry Tab preferences are retained by user ID. Change these preferences at any time.

The Alio system administrator also has the option to set the Account Inquiry tab display preferences in the Organization Master program – AMCLI01A.FMX in Alio. These settings apply to all Alio users.

Hiding Account Inquiry Tabs

You can hide a tab with or without an account selected.

To hide Account Inquiry tabs:

  1. On the Account Inquiry page, click the Tabs tab to display the Tabs grid.

  2. A Y in the Display Tab column indicates the tab currently is displayed

  3. An N in the Display Tab column indicates the tab is hidden

  1. In the Edit column, click the Pencil icon that corresponds to the tab to hide. The Edit Tab Display page appears.

  2. Click the Display Tab check box to clear it.

  3. Click the Save button to save the change. The Tab no longer displays on the page.

Displaying Account Inquiry Tabs

You can activate a tab with or without an account selected.

To activate Account Inquiry tabs:

  1. On the Account Inquiry page, click the Tabs tab to display the Tabs grid.

  2. A Y in the Display Tab column indicates the tab currently is displayed

  3. An N in the Display Tab column indicates the tab is hidden

  1. In the Edit column, click the Pencil icon that corresponds to the tab to display. The Edit Tab Display page appears.

  2. Click to select the Display Tab check box.

  3. Click the Save button to save the change. The Tab displays on the page.
