After creating the leave calendar group, use the Edit
button to define cutoff values
that show how leaves will affect the employee count for reconciliation
purposes and assign approval groups to the leave calendar group.
In the Leave
Calendar Groups grid, click the Edit
button that corresponds
to the leave calendar group to be updated. The Edit
Leave Calendar Group page appears.
In the Leave
Cutoffs grid, click the link to display the Add
Leave Cutoff page.
Enter the following fields.

Type the cutoff percentage of employees that have leave on a calendar day. enter this value without any decimal positions (e.g., 25 for 25 percent). |

Tip: You can also type the color code in hexadecimal format. Click the |

Repeat steps 2-4 for
each cutoff value to be added to the leave calendar group. When finished,
click the button to save
the leave calendar group record.
