The first step to publishing content for your employees is to create the category structure. The Employer Form Category Levels Allowed setting on the General Preferences page determines the number of category levels allowed.
Follow these steps to create a category.
On the Employer Forms page, click the Add Category link .
In the Category Definition page, type the Category Name. You can type up to 100 alphanumeric characters.
Click the button.
Repeat these steps for each category in the category structure.
