Use the Print tab on the Contracts page to print employee contract. Filter options include status, contract name, contract year, and, optionally, run number.
You can access the Printed Contract log from the Task Queue after the process is complete.
Best Practice: Prior to publishing the employee contracts, generate the employee contract print file to verify that the contract format and data are correct. You can access the Printed Contract log from the Task Queue after the process is complete. When the file is launched, the contracts display in a PDF Viewer. |
To print the employee contracts:
On the Contracts page, click the Print tab.
The Contract Status field default is All. Do not change this value to include all contracts in the record selection process.
Optionally, in the Contract
Status field, click the Drop-down
List button
to select the status of the contracts to print. Your choices are:
All (default) to print both signed, unsigned, and unpublished contracts
Signed to print only signed contracts
Unpublished to print only contracts that are not published.
Unsigned to print only unsigned contracts
The Contract Name field default is All. Do not change this value to include all contracts in the record selection process.
Optionally,
in the Contract Name field,
click the Drop-down List button
to select the name of the
contracts to print. The list contains the names of all active contracts
displayed in the Templates grid.
All is the default.
The
Contract Year field default
is the current contract year. Optionally, in the
Contract Year field, click the Drop-down
List button to select the contract year
to which the employee contracts apply.
Optionally, type the Run No to print only employee contracts associated with that Run Number.
Click the button. The message "Print Contracts
was added to the task queue." appears and the Task
Queue opens.
Click the
button to close the message.
Click the
button to monitor the progress of the Contracts task.
When the Print
Contracts task is complete, it displays on the Task
Queue > Processed tab. Click the Edit
icon to display the Print Contracts file. The Task Queue Logs page appears.
Click the Print Contracts link to display the contracts in the PDF Viewer. Optionally, click the Print icon or File > Print to print the contracts.
When finished reviewing
the contracts, click the button to close the Task Queue Logs page.
Click the
button again to close the Task Queue
page.
